Motivated by a shared desire to promote well-being, positive change, and a deep connection to the community, a local group of high school students are leading a WiseTribe project to expand mindfulness in our community.
Sharing the practices of mindfulness will allow each of us to self-regulate our attention with an attitude of curiosity, openness, and attention.
Weekly guided meditations will encourage participants to expand their awareness, health and mindfulness to increase peace and joy where we live and work.
Our finale will be a community-wide meditation Saturday, May 26th. Our goal is to unify 100 people for a group meditation to make a statement of building sensible society through practices of mindfulness.
